Audrey Sarnacki, L.Ac is passionate about helping women come back home to themselves through ancient healing modalities, beauty rituals and nervous system re-attunement.
After struggling for years with skin issues, Audrey’s search for answers lead her to pursue holistic means of healing her skin. She fell in love with acupuncture, nutrition, energy medicine, and holistic beauty treatments along the way.
Audrey helps women to see their struggles as opportunities to reconnect with their inner being and find their true beauty within. Through the use of intuitive touch, beauty rituals, acupuncture and energy work, she helps to bring her clients back to center.
Every session is a deeply intuitive experience — softening the nervous system, clearing what no longer serves, and awakening your natural vibrancy. Her intention is simple: to help you feel held, balanced, and in harmony with yourself again.
